Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Timmy Turner (to a degree) and Dexter (to a degree) use toon force which allows them to defy most if not all aspects of existence. They are above reality warpers and Mxy can`t harm Marvin but Marvin can definitely harm Mxy. Marvin wrecks.

@matmatxm8: There are no limits to the toon force really and toons are allowed to do what they want as they defy the laws of physics or even beyond in which it seems incomprehensible.

Bugs Bunny for example can erase the universe with a pencil and things that don`t seem plausible or logical are defied by toon force abilities. Reality warping has its limits.

Reality warpers can manipulate time and space to their will as they can do many other things such as alter the fabric of reality but none of that compares to Toon Force.

Here is the clear difference

Reality Warping: Users can create, change, destroy, or even alter reality just by thinking about it; while weaker users are limited to what is already considered "real", stronger ones can make changes from nothing. Depending on the power of a reality warper, they may alter something as weak as physics to something inconceivable like logic.

Toon Force: The Toon Force is not clearly defined. It is an impossible force, that only applies to certain animation characters. But then again i believe Plastic Man (DC Comics) has similar properties to the Toon Force.

Note: A character like Bugs Bunny, and Genie (Aladdin) have toon force, While characters like Sokka (TLA) have minimal properties, and some characters like The X-men Evolution Characters (For instance) don't seem to have it at all.

What has Marvin done anything to beat Mxyzptlk? Can we warp the entire universe? Can he wreak a havoc which can cause a calamity throughout all the 5 dimensions? What makes you say that? And yes they are all canon and Mxy uses toon force as well. What kind of reality warper can create an eraser and use it as if he is the writer? The Spectre,Anti Monitor, Dr Fate and Eternity are all reality warpers but they did not exhibit such a power like that. And all the scans I have shown you are canon. First scan is from the Emperor Joker storyline and the others are from Adventures of Superman issues 630(first two after the scan from Emperor Joker) and 634 respectively. And I also urge you to check The Adventures of Superman Issue 441. In that issue Mxy turns Superman into a cartoon character and animates toon characters from a billboard.
