Ahh I'm a DC fanboy and I don't think it does after WWII (Flying Fox the only one I can think of and he was an All Star Squadron member). I'm sure that they must have had one member in the Global Guardians, but s/he was likely an ex yank.

It does, IIRC Plastique is a Canadian terrorist (yes, Canada has terrorists) and I've pretty sure I've seen Guy Gardner make a few Canada jokes.
