I think Zombie Cap and Company are going to have their hand full. They can't eat him,and he has his Dead Onez so this could be a tie,but I give EE a slight edge.

and if Ernie does actually get into trouble... which i don't think he would... he could call on his Mistress, Lady Death to come and deal with them lol

What about Evil Ernie vs. a Marvel Zombie Sentry? Given that the latter has a villainous alter-ego, that literally comes to life as "the Void," I'm quite certain Double E would have a tough time psionically controlling two alpha-personalities like that, at the same time.
