Nabu has all of the knowledge that Strange does and more so, as he is a semi immortal being that has lived for millions of years (at least), learning and accumulating knowledge is casting spells / manipulating magical forces. As a being that has inherent magical energy, Nabu (as a Lord of Order originally) is more like Dormammu than Strange. Anyhow, Nabu has an almost unlimited ability to manipulate magical forces, and I believe that he could beat Strange or Dormammu.

LT was chasing him because Stephen's vast power was unbalancing everything in the Universe.

You seem to have a fact base beyond mine when it comes to classic strange So I will look into these feats. They sound interesting But I remember Dracula beating classic Strange @daak1212 said:

If Eternity=Kismet, Unbound Nabu is as powerful or even more powerful than Eternity. Kismet is a Lord of Order and it is stated that Nabu is The most powerful Lord of Order/9th Age of Magic
