This is hard for me to judge since ive only seen mortal kombat characters in video games without a real definition of their strength, but I imagine Marvel would rofl-stomp them anyway.

I understand your appreciation for the MK universe, and I agree ignorance of it is apparent in this thread. But the biggest stomp of them all is Doom over Shang Tsung. Tsung is an unbelievably powerful sorcerer, but he is phenomenally outmatched by VVD.

Pretty much practically all of these are one sided, some ridiculously so! There's nothing Goro could do to scratch Juggernaut let alone hurt or incapacitate him. Zeus vs Fujin? Raiden couldn't handle Thor, let alone Zeus, and Fujin is under Raiden. Shao Kahn''s powers against Odin arn't going to do him much good against him! Shinnok & Quan Chi are the only MK characters to win for their side, and that's cause there's two of them, and i'm not that knowledgable on Hades/Pluto's feats?

Doesn't state anywhere Raiden being elder god status, can't just throw your own version in, and, i'm pretty sure you could fit Elder God Raiden's feats/accomplishments on a tic tac, as there really isn't any. As for Onaga, that was only when he had the Kamidogu and was amped passed elder god status, so again, you can't use/pick and choose amped up characters, i'm assuming they're all base characters?
