Marvel vs Marvel

Team One: Jean Grey, Daken,Jubilee, Gambit, Reed Richards, Hercules, Nightcrawler, Siryn, Black Widow 
 
Team Two: Rachel Summers, X-23, Psylocke, Black Panther, Cyclops, Ares, Blink (Age of Apocalypse), Monet,Domino 
 
Scenario: Fight takes place in Boston, Massachusetts. No Phoenix Force, Gambit can't turn into the Horseman, and Domino doesn't have access to her probability manipulation. Morals don't apply, fight is to the death of every member on one team. 
(If you have any ideas of people/powers to add/take away in order to make this a better battle then feel free to speak your mind)

I think that Thor is the deciding factor in this fight.

Thor Can do it Alone

Looks like Team 1 has this.
If you wanted it to be more even, would switching Thor for Hercules help? He'd be a less over-powered counterpart to Ares.

depends on whether or not jean can use the pheonix if so she solos thor could also solo

How's teleport-dismembering looking for this fight?

One final question then. Does Team 1 know this? The others have all met at some point, but Blink is from another Universe so they probably don't know her too well.
 
If they don't, she can probably take a couple of their heavy hitters out before they have time to do anything.
If they know, she's out first and Team 2 loses that huge advantage.
 
Either  way, I think it's a close one. Team 2 has my vote though, for the reason above, as well as having two good telepaths.
