You didn't include some of the lesser known DC Powerhouses like Lucifer Morningstar, Spectre (who isn't lesser known), Deadman, Presence, Entity, Anti-Monitor, Ion, Parallax, Phantom Stranger etc. Overall I think DC would straight up crush Marvel in a fight but with the characters you used, Marvel ekes out a win.
