idk, after Dick's display against Batman in the last issue of current new 52 Nightwing and his little "dance" with Midnighter in the first issue of Grayson, im inclined to say that he gets a win over Moon Knight.

I think this could really go either way.

Team DC for the slight majority. Slade with Nth metal upgrades beats Cap. Batman & Panther stalemate, Nightwing slightly edges Moonknight.

Imma go with DC, mainly because of the all-around power there, I don't think Moon Knight and CA have a chance.

Also...maybe I'm just being stupid, but are you people considering Black Panther and Batman to be street levelers? What does the word street in the title entitle?
