Marvel Vs DC, battle of the galaxy busters

So cant come up with a story. the battle is simple team marvel fights team dc till the other team dies or is unable to continue fighting. The fight take place is some unknown universe 
 
Team Marvel: Nate Gray (AS SHAMAN) + Rachel Summers with the phoenix force (not jean gray, no white crow of phoenix, this is the normal classic phoenix) + Rune King Thor  
 
Team DC:  Hal Jordan as the parallax (the normal parallax, no zero hour parallax) + Kyle Rayner as ION (again normal ION not hand of god (hog) ion) + Mr. Majestic :) 
GO!!

Nate Grey is extremely weak at the moment so maybe team 2
