If this is all vs all fight, then there are many characters that are completely irrelevant. Super girl, Thor, Iron man, WW, Batman, etc... are all irrelevant.

The only characters I see that matter here are:

team 1: Franklin Richards, The Beyonder (assuming this is post-retcon because he can solo effortlessly if it's pre-retcon), Dr. Strange (if it's classic).

team 2: CA superman, superman prime maybe..... Parallax maybe. And the others are completely irrelevant.

Anyway, team1 should win.

The current version of Beyonder hasnt even fought anyone, the only feat he has is being said to be omnipotent and being able to warp reality to certain degree, we know nothing about what he can do in a fight.

Superman-Prime "One Million" is included, I'm assuming, he's the only person you actually need on Team: DC Universe. I'm not going to say he could solo this, mainly because of The Beyonder, but he doesn't need the help of anyone else.
