I Switched Flasgh and Wonder Woman, I think that makes it more even. What is wrong with the Human Torch Vs.  Ironman vs Booster Gold- Booster's technology is literally centuries ahead and his sheilds can take shots from Doomsday, Cyborg superman, and Mongul's personal warship and his blasts have damaged it in turn. Booster can also time travel. 
 Captain America(steve) Vs. Deathstroke- One of the better Match-ups, but I can Slade edging it with his superior enhancements.
Hulk Vs. Solomon Grundy- Depends on version, JLA buster Grundy wins, Batman villian Grundy loses.  
 Spiderman vs. Wonder Woman-  Diana is superior to peter in every concevable way possible. 
 Wolverine Vs. Flash- Wally's just to fast (obviously).
 Luke Cage Vs. Bronze Tiger- Tiger is definately the better fighter but cage is just to tough.  
 iron Fist VS. batman(bruce)- Ironfist is the better fighter, Bruce has the infamous belt but I don't think it's a good enough answer fo chi-abilities. 
 Storm vs. Static Shock- Storm's more versatile, Static has better control over electricity but he won't get in a mile of her is she's serious.  
 Human Torch vs. green lantern (Hal Jordan)- Johnny could burn at a Green Lantern sheilds until he died of old age and not get through. Jordan makes a giant hand and pimp smacks him into a hosppital bed. 
 Thing vs. Hawkman- Flight advantage and he's pretty strong in his own right, depending on what technology he's allowed this may or may not be a curbstomp.  
 Invisible Woman vs. Black canary-  Dinah's a better fighter but thats her only advantage, she'll never touch Sue in this fight.   
 Mr. fantastic vs. Aquaman- Telepathy for the easy win, it's not as good against land-dwellers but he can affect them.  
 venom vs. Bane (Pumped up on Venom)- Venom is superior in every aspect but fighting skill, defiantely not enough here.   
 Ronin(Clint) VS. Green Arrow- Not big on either character, they're pretty much the same in terms of archery skill and douchebaggery, I stay stalemate, hopefully they hospitalize each other.   
 Mockingbird vs Nightwing- Richard Grayson is up there with the DC greats in terms of fighting skill, don't know much about mockingbird honestly, but I'll say Nightwing. 
 MS.Marvel vs Starfire- Kory's the better fighter I think, possibly the superior physcially as well, she's defiantely not A-list as far as strength goes, but she's pretty fast.  
 Doctor Doom vs. lex Luthor- Doom's got a PIS demolition of over the last few years, losing to Brother Voodoo and humilated by Thor despite prep, if Luthor has his battle armor I say he wins.    
 Cable vs Cyborg- Depends quite a bit on versions, Vic would beat classic and maybe current with better gadgets, Full-powered Cable will annhilate though. 
 Deadpool vs. Lobo- The Main man beats this punk all over the galaxy, a guy who has trouble against bullseye and wovlerine has no business against a being that can fly through blackholes, and hold his own against Superman.  
Daredevil Vs. Catwoman- Selina's a skilled fighter, but Matt eats skilled fighter's like her for breakfast.   
 Nightcrawler vs. beastboy- Gar has so many options in comparsion to Kurt, in fact im blanking on what he could actually to to him, infamous teleport drop won't work on a opponet that can fly, Gar should win.  
 Silver Surfer Vs Martian Manhunter- close fight, I honestly don't know why I'm picking norrin but what the heck, MArvel ain't doing to hot in this match up so I'll go for the Surfer out of pity.  
 Green Goblin Vs. Joker(Armed with joker bombs and a gun)- Norman wins with superioir Technology/Phyiscal power.  
 Juggernaut Vs. Captain Marvel. To fast and Durable for Juggs to hurt, Billy wins through evnentual BFR.   
 Dr.Strange vs Zantanna- Classic Strange would have won, Current however gets turned into a bunny rabbit by a snap of her fingers.   
 Apocalypse vs. Doomsday- Doomsday is superior in every aspect but maybe intellegence, honestly however I haven't seen Apoc do something smart in years.
 Iceman Vs. terra- Terra can't put him down permanately, but he however can do so to her.  
 Nova. Blue Beetle- Nova's Good but Jaime deals with Lanterns and wonderwoman villians, Richard doesn't look so impressive in comparison.   
 Gambit vs Red Robin- Remy's a skilled combatant in his own right, maybe not Tim's level but his explosions more than tip the odds in his favor.    
 Rogue(With her MS.Marvel and sunfire powers) Vs. Powergirl- Karen is superior to even this version of Rogue on every concevable level.  
 Cyclopse Vs. Creeper- Scott isn't as fast or as strong but he is used to dealing with these type of handicaps in battle, I say he wins the majority but playing it smart and keeping the fight at a distance. 
 Black panther vs. WIldcat- Better in every aspect  
 Magneto vs Red tornado- Really doesn't require an explanation does it?   
Thanos VS. darkside- Stronger, Tougher, and the Omega Beams give him an easy victory.

 As mentioned above this has happened and sups wins.  Whilst we all know sups is vulnerable to magic, the fact is the only magic comes from the hammer, which could never hit sups.  Even if you argue that it could/does/will hurt, this has happened and sups won....unfortunately.  I mean come on, God of Thunder vs some alien mr moral high ground.  Oh well. So....sups...has happened, no contest, case closed.

The thing here in my mind is that Bats owns.   He is REALLY awesome character.   But it has nothing to do with his skills or gadgets, its his epic epic mind which plans for every eventuality and misses nothing.   But, in a straight out fight I’d have to say the master of kung-fu wins.   IF focuses on fighting more, Bats is spread to thin and does too much, he can’t be considered in the same FIGHTIng league as IF.   IF the situation was different and bats knew who he was fighting and could prep then I’d say few could beat him.   But if it’s get ported, here’s your opponent, go….then I must say IF has an advantage I reckon. Mr. Fantastic needs to breathe right?   And with copious amounts of water as there is on this planet Aquaman dominates.   Although, this could be fun, aqua drags him under water, MF wraps and suffocates, matter of who would black out first.   I’d still say aqua easy, cos he would have shoved tonnes of water at MF before MF got close, and the further down he dragged him underwater the quicker it would be over.

Weird one.   Assuming because they are both odd colours?   But yeah, NC is defensive, he won’t use weapons and won’t port a head off.   So, all he has is porting and normal hits.   BB goes rhino, T-rex, whatever, BB stomp..oh and I LOVE he idea about being a fly going into NC brain then changing into whale, very good :D

Juggs is too cool.   I love him, in a man love kinda way.   I think CM is lame.   Still, CM would win.   Juggs is susceptible to magic. SHAZAM is magic.   Couple that with superspeed and you know   that he would wear Juggs down eventually!

Dr.Strange vs Zantannaa  

No idea personally, majority here think old strange wins, current loses. Personally I think that we have not seen enough of new strange to make a decision.   Personally I think this one should be struck off until Dr Strange former sorcerer supreme is shown a bit more.

My first thought is ooohhhhh this would be good.   I’d personally like to say very close, but majority rules.

Iceman Vs. terra Nova. Blue Beetle  

Someone woke up and decided to make Iceman scarily powerful.   He can freeze the water in others veins now.   I fear they may have over-powered him as with that skill alone he will become boring as he is too strong.   Add that to his gaseous form and conscience transferral he is a curbstomper.   As say I reckon they took him to far…but hey, maybe Avengers time for Bobby boy?

Slade is meathuman, Cap is just fast forwarded to peak human, Slade's stronger and faster and takes on teams of Superhumans, Steve is good no denying it, The terminator is just better.

Hawkman can fly, not mention he's been able to take it to Black Adam and Kryptonians before, his speed and strength aren't aswell known or well renowed as guys like Superman and Captian marvel but he has enough to pound Thing into rubble. 
 
Ronin(Clint) VS. Green Arrow  

Not much to say here they have similar (as in ridicoulus) archery feats, and they're both pretty good H2H (Clint's almost certianly better), Archerywise Ollie (just been in the game longer), H2H clint.

Ironman vs Booster Gold  - I believe Booster Gold has more advanced technology gadgets.
Captain America(steve) Vs. Deathstroke  , Cap'n America becomes a regular human

Spiderman vs. Wonder Woman - Spiderman becomes a toy to play with
Wolverine Vs. Flash - i say no matter how fast you are, if you have enough reaction speed and luck, Domino should win this.

iron Fist VS. batman(bruce) - Batman can't bring his gadgets along right?
 
Storm vs. Static Shock - Storm is definitely more powerful and more versatile. This battle wouldn't last long. Fact is, this is gonna last in the wink of an eye. Perhaps, a flashfreeze, tornado, etc. There are just too many things Storm can do to him. And Static's electric blast won't even hurt her.
