Team one is hired to eliminate the Birds of Prey and they launch a surprise attack on them in an area full of civilians. Team one is out to kill, Team Two has Morals on.Who Would Win?

No idea why Oracle is here as she's still in her wheelchair. Huntress gets taken down pretty quickly and the villains' numbers would overwhelm Black Canary eventually.  
 
But Power Girl is just way too much here.

Power girl could easily bfr sand man with her super breath black canary is all they need to take down venom and carnage hell huntress and oracle could sit this one out

Venom/Carnage wading through crowds of Innocent DC civilian folks, would freak out Birds of prey team. Gotta think even if the girls won this it would be looked at as a disaster for the heroes Yes there is no answer for Power Girl but Marvel team would give them fits regardless..

Barda is from Apokalypse I doubt anything would freak her out that much this team lacks anyone who would pose any threat to her or power girl maybe if you'd thrown in some of marvels real heavy hitters like juggernaut or one of the heralds the team might've had a chance

I highly doubt the crowd is just going to stand there next to Venom & Carnage too. Most likely they're going to be running in the opposite direction freeing up room for the BOP to take them down.

Am I the one who is missing something?  Everyone is saying marvel is getting beaten immediately... but I see Deadpool, Bullseye, and Elektra... on the same side 
 
Huntress and Black Canary are killed immediately while The oracle looks and the rest of the marvel villains distract power girl and Barda... Then Dead P, Bulls E, and Elektra move to Barda and hopefully kill her while Power Girl is distracted with the others... And then a gang up on Power Girl.... 
 
 
But even then Power Girl might win lol... but still it would be closer than most of you give credit for

Barda is a little over hyped but... definitely PG... is hurting feelings... 
 
But we aren't taking the mall ppl into consideration... the marvel squad doesn't care about any of the mall ppl and would use them to any advantage while the Birds of prey would do some heroic self sacrificing garbage... 
 
SO WITH THAT.... Marvel could still take it
