They only chance without BFR would be anti-matter from Mjolnir and Blue Marvel. They have to destroy every molecule of his body what is possibly with Anti-Matter. There is no defence against that. 
 
But Doomsday seem to really be FTL, mnot like with GLs or Cap. Marvel, when it is only a myth. Blue MArvel never showed such a great speeds. Sentry few times, but still not in this level IMO. Doomsday physically should beat Thor, who doesn't even know that Doomsday can evolve. Without this knowledge, Thor won't use anti-matter, so Doomsday would strike him down. Without him, Blue MArvel has small chance to use AM, so Doomsday has 6/10 fights here.

The one he beat on his own and the one that he killed were not the same. In DOS Superman had plenty of help, they were all defeated before the end (or ignored)
