Although team 2 would demonstrate good team work (since the team in not composed of megalomaniacs) team 1 has a few powerhouses that are clearly the most powerful combatants and you have given 1 day of prep to not only Dr Doom but Thanos......even with the help of Reed Richards, I don't see team 2 equalling team 1 for prep work. Team 1 for the win.
