if its a full moon I can see moon knight winning barely but since that is like a 1/60 percent chance of that happening in this fight I am going with Spidey

2. Even if she catches him, he's intangible.

3. Without dagger, he'll hunger for the the life force of BW.

4. He can envelop her in the darkforce. Prolonged exposure apparently drives people insane due to the feeling they get while immersed in the force.

Natasha has about 0 ways to harm Tyrone. He should win this round, no matter the scenario.
