@weaponx25: all the stuff u said about the flash is what the runner can do better...maybe not speed steal or lend speed but the runner is definitely faster than flash... the runner can go to any speed he wants
Runner and makkari are the only threats in marvel, while only wally, zoom, barry and black flash are the threats in d.c.
This is gonna be an FTL battle, runner's emotion scramble will affect them, except they have a range attack more powerful than surfer's blast they can't do anything to runner, and makkari(and runner) who have reached speeds on a different level in the universe.

And Wally will ultimately never beat Barry. Barry is the speed force according to Rebirth. With every step he generates it. That is the speed force that all speedsters in all parts of time in all of the multiverse use. Remember how Wally in rebirth #3 ran into the speedforce. But it needed barry to take him and another speedster out of it? Wally couldnt have done it. But Barry could.
@jae345: According to Rebirth the origin of the speedforce is Barry. He is the speed force. Wally and the rest just use what he makes. The Speedforce is a part of Barry he doesn't know how he makes. But the speedforce is like a limb to him. A hand or leg. He isn't part of the speed force. According to the comics its the other way around. The speed force is a part of him. Its like Superman's Kryptonian powers. His powers are a part of him. Superman isn't a part of his Kryptonian powers.
First of all we go by feats not hearsay. By feats wally is a lot faster. And then there's zoom who is faster than all of these guys combined. An amped wally could only just keep up with him and zoom wasn't going all out.
Semantics. Speed = distance/Time. Traditional speedsters focus on travelling the most distance in a given time period. Zoom just alters the time to such a small fraction that distance is irrelevant.
Is it a fight or like a relay race? Marvel has gods/immortals. The runner fastest in Marvel but also has class 100 strength, is immortal, virtually invulnerable, can manipulate emotions and shoots blasts more powerful than the Silver Surfer. Makkari lifts about 50 tons, highly durable and can regenerate. What about Hermes for Marvel. DC does utilize speedsters better but I think Runner and Makkari put Marvel on top. Don't know Blur but says he runs 300mph for limited time, quicksilver much faster.
