[Defeated Fantastic 4] Knocked The Thing into a building with one punch thus k.oing Ben and used Reed as a whip thus whipping Sue Storm into submission he then squashed Reed into a ball and threw him so hard at Johnny Storm that he k.o'd the hot head. (He was defending himself as Doctor Doom hypnotized them into attacking Popeye)

[Defeated Abomination] Popeye hit Abomination so hard in one hit that Abomination was sent to an Emergency Care Center

[Defeated Luke Cage] Luke Cage offended Popeye by mistaking Oliver for a man, this Popeye had a short battle with Cage stomping him slowly but effortlessly to teach him a lesson

-Feats with spinach-

[Defeated Doctor Doom] As payback for turning heroes on him Popeye pulled out a can of spinach and swallowed it as he headed to the Embassy Of Latveria, Doctor Doom had an hour of prep but still ended up going to prison after his Embassies security was and prep was punched away.

[Defeated World War Hulk] The same time Popeye defeated Doctor Doom was the same day the Wolrd War Hulk arc began and Hulk landed in New York, pulling out another can of spinach (1+1=2 in total) he ran from the Embassy of Latveria to Hulk in 0.00001 seconds and punched him out into outer space making his ascent appear like a star twinkling.

[Defeated Galactus] But OH NO! Galactus had come to devour the Earth, Popeye pulls out his third and final can of Spinach and ate it punching Galactus all the way to the Andromeda system, in a last desperate attempt to defeat Popeye Galactus used the Ultimate Nullifer on Popeye but instead of it destroying him Popeye managed to punch in back towards Galactus killing the world eater.

[Defeated Abraxas] After killing Galactus Abraxas came but Popeye still high on spinach punched Abraxas into a statues this defeating him.

Rules & Scenario's

1. No Omnipotents or Nigh Omnipotents

2. Blood lust on for everybody

3. Spinach only works for Popeye

4. Round 1. no Spinach, Round 2. 1 can of spinach, and basically all the other rounds are Popeye getting more cans to see how far he goes by power scaling the mentioned feats

5. Popeye gets 10 seconds prep in all rounds

6. This Battle is mainly to see who can beat MARVEL Popeye.
