Battleground: New York by the end of The Avengers, empty except for the two teams

Team 1:

Jungle Hunter (Predator)

City Hunter (Predator 2)

Scar (with shoulder cannon) (Alien vs. Predator)

Wolf (Aliens vs. Predator Requiem)

Mr. Black (Predators)

Team 2:

Sabretooth (Wolverine)

Whiplash (Iron Man 2)

Winter Soldier (Captain America 2)

Mystique (X-Men)

Dr. Octopus (or if you prefer, Green Goblin with no glider) (Spider-Man)

How are the Preds armed?

Jungle Hunter - wristblades, shoulder cannon (I don't remember him using anything else)

City Hunter - wristblades, shoulder cannon, spear, netgun, speargun, wrist cannon, smart disc

Scar - wristblades, shoulder cannon, shurikens, spear, dagger

Wolf - wristblades, dual shoulder cannons, shurikens, whip, spear, blue liquid, laser mines (I think that's about it)

Mr. Black - wrist blade (literally one blade as opposed to two), shoulder cannon (yeah...I think that's it)

Pred 1 solos

Would you guys mind giving some reasons...

Team 2. Sabertooth is stronger and more agile than all the Preds plus his extra senses will pick them up even when cloaked. Oh healing factor.

Mystique could change in a Pred and gut one from behind.

Whiplash and WS can hold their own

If Doc get his arms on any of them he's tearing them in half.

Predators.

They'll probably one shot everyone with a plasma canon.
