Marvel Movie Mega Match

Rules- 
 
-Morals OFF 
-Fight til death or complete team incapacitation 
-Location is an empty NYC 
-Both Teams get 2 hours prep, which includes basic knowledge of the other team and their abilities as well as time to formulate a plan 
 
TEAM ONE- 
 
-Captain America (Armed with Shield) 
-Daredevil (Armed with Billy Club) 
-Spider-Man (No weapons, just his webs) 
-Storm (no weapons) 
-Elektra (Armed with two sai) 
 
      

Team Two

This one is tough to predict. I haven't seen Daredevil in a long time, and I've never seen Elektra or Blade all the way through. 
 
 
I think I might back team 1 for the win though. Cap is the best strategizer in the fight. I'd expect him to come up with a decent plan of attack. Spider-Man is the most physically powerful person in the fight. I can see him pwning anyone except the Torch and Inv Woman. DD's radar sense can counter Susan's invisibility. Storm should be capable of taking on the Human Torch. 
I think team 1's only real weak spot is Elektra. But, other than her, they're pretty much golden.

Wolverine can't be killed he solo's

Human Torch goes Supernova kills everyone.

Team 2 because Wolverine has healing powers

Wow this is tough...I'm leaning toward team 1 actually, yes, Wolverine can heal, but it has been shown before he can still be k.o'ed and the OP says by death /or/  incapacitation, I think one well aimed shield from Cap will knock him out. That, and team one has counter measures for all of team two's attacks. For Invisible woman, both Spidey's spider sense, and DD's radar sense can pinpoint her, Spider-Man is physically stronger than anyone else, so he can k.o many of them, and Storm can literally blow the other team away with a dozen tornadoes, or hit Johnny with lightning before he can charge up for a supernova
