Who Wins and why?

Dc Villains take it Amazo could take out Thor then the rest are just child's play.

Amazo can solo team Marvel. With the help of Bane, Deathstroke, Victor, Sinestro, Ra's Al Ghul, Grodd and Grundy, it is an extreme overkill.

Bane seems like a non factor almost everyone on the marvel team can beat him.

DC team wins but a lot of the stuff here is wrong...Cap can beat bane and black panther would beat ras al ghul, and I would say wolverine beats deathstroke. Ice man would stomp freeze with ease, and grundy vs gambit depends on the version of grundy but Grundy would win in most incarnations. Amazo probably does solo from what I understand of him so dc should win, and if not amazo there is always Grodd and sinestro.

I mean...I just don't understand how someone can legitimately think Mr. Freeze would beat Iceman. It just doesn't make sense. If you'd like to explain how, I'd be more than happy to read it.

Mr. Freeze's ice/cold tech isn't even as good as Captain Colds.

Amazo and Grundy have both solo'd the JLA I'd say DC FTW...beef up marvel team IMO,,,grodd could seriously mentally screw marvel too,,they could use a good telepath...maybe switch gambit for Emma frost in diamond form

Cap would beat Bane. That could at least be a decent fight, but Cap has beaten worse. Ras would lose to Panther. Panther is basically Batman with Vibranium.

DC wins the question in this thread though, mostly because of Amazo.

Amazo Solo's, and Grundy might solo, since they've both solo'd stronger teams.

Either way it's a total stomp in favor of DC.

I don't think you know who Iceman is...I still don't understand how Mr. Freeze will beat Iceman. It makes absolutely no sense. Even if you know nothing outside of basics regarding the character, there is absolutely no scenario where Iceman would lose.

No. Captain is strong enough, agile and durable enough, and a good enough fighter to beat Bane.

I don't think you know what Vibranium is...Regardless, Black Panther would probably beat Ra's.

Do you have any reasons for Mr. Freeze beating Iceman? I know you've said that Mr. Freeze is more "badass," but that doesn't actually matter in the battles forum. Victor has an ice gun, whereas Iceman has cryokinesis, the ability to manipulate cold. He is also functionally unkillable, since he can survive being dispersed into water molecules. He can even create ice constructs to fight for him, and overwhelm Freeze through numbers. He's faster and more versatile, and to top it off he can freeze things colder than Victor can. Do you have any reasons for Mr. Freeze winning in a fight between the two?

First of all, a "vid on youtube" is hardly the final word on most any subject. Secondly, Steve has feats putting him well into the low Tons range, rather than 800. I can dig up a scan of him benching more than a thousand pounds if you'd like. Secondly, Bane isn't on venom anymore, and I can't recall any feats putting him at nearly that strength level, anyway. I'd have estimated closer to 2 tons. Thirdly, strength isn't the only thing that matters in a battle. Cap has his shield, is faster, and has better reflexes. He's at least equal in skill, and most people would put him above Bane in that department. Bane might be able to beat him sometimes, but Cap will never get owned, and should take a substantial majority.

T'Challa is comparable in skill to Bruce, but assuming this is Classic BP and not the current, recently upgraded version, has better physical stats. He also has better tech, such as his vibranium armor that absorbs kinetic energy, allowing him to take huge levels of punishment without injury. Batman has beaten Ra's in h2h before, and Black Panther is essentially an enhanced Batman. Ra's would lose this almost every time.

2. Ironman... are you serious? Ironman can hang with the Hulk. Bane hits with a lot less power than Hulk.

BP can solo Deathstroke, and BP will stomps!

The Thing will solo Bane, and Thing will win cuz he is Stronger and more durable.

Iceman will solo Freeze. Iceman will finish the job easily, then he will help Wolverine to take out Grundy and Grodd at the same time.

Ironman will solo Sinestro at 1st, but IM will get kicked in the ass...but Wolverine and Iceman will help IM to take down Sinestro.

Cap. America will solo Al Ghul. And Cap.America will win cua he is more agile and better fighter.

In the mean time, where Thor and Gambit battling over Amazo, all the Marvel teammate will help them to finish the job.

Result : MARVEL WINS!

Amazo is more than capable of beating Thor into the ground, with no issue. He is capable of beating every single person on Marvels team, on his own. Gambit would be instantly obliterated by Amazo, and Thor would follow shortly after. Amazo being here just makes it a stomp in DC's favor.

I don't like Wolverine, but how is Deathstroke supposed to kill him? Also, how could Mr. Freeze even make an attack that even has a chance of hurting Iceman, let alone kill him?

Superman isn't in this battle. Unless you're referring to him freezing Amazo. In which case, no. Amazo is way too fast and strong for Bobby.

Iceman's physical body may not be 100% necessary, but he can still be knocked out. And reconstructing his body takes a lot out of him most of the time.

DC villains take the majority, but I will make a case for the heroes (operating with a few assumptions)   
First assumption is that the 1 day prep comes with full knowledge. Without knowledge prep is kinda useless, with knowledge I believe Tony and T'Challa could find away to neutralize Amazo. They have experience dealing with androids, taking out Ultron, I think there is a chance they find away to defeat Amazo. Also with knowledge they would be able to counter Grodd's TP, preventing him from taking out half of the team from the start.  
The second assumption is that this is the Grundy from Batman comics. If this is the case the Thing can throw down with him. If this is Superman version Grundy well then the heroes don't have the higher caliber characters necessary to survive.     
I know the counter is Amazo blitzes Iron Man before any prep can be used. yeah yeah speedblitz, but that's not interesting. And to counter that I would say Iceman wins. The OP says to the death and Iceman can't be killed. So the end results is Iceman in a war of attrition would be the lone survivor.
