Who wins and why?

Slightly Marvel Heroes.Wolverine is MVP

This is pretty much a toss-up to me to be honest, but I could see the Mercenaries pulling ahead likely.

Marvel

Slade could deal with Cap and drakon could counter most of what Hawkeye could dish out. Daredevil and Woleverine are a problem but Shiva and Floyd could hold them off till the rest of team come help out.

ima back Marvel in this... oddly enough i see Cap and Hawkeye being the MVP's (which is weird but still) i can explain if anyone wants me too. but this is a 6/10 win for either team

a recent showing against Cap (also some good durability)

shows he can hang with a potentially tag anyone here... also shows that getting in close range wont affect him as much as people would like to think

How is he different than Green Arrow?

well im glad you asked... allot of people believe that in a shoot out Green Arrow will win against Hawkeye. I respectfully disagree

Green Arrow hasn't demonstrated the Spatial Awareness that Hawkeye has

Now Jash you of all people know how agile Batroc can be... this is part of when Hawkeye took on the whole Batroc Brigade

given the starting distance and the many angels and surfaces provided in this battlefield its safe to assume that Hawkeye will have plenty of surfaces to reflect arrows (Deathstroke will be able to avoid this due to his enhance brain but the rest havent displayed tactical awareness similar to this)

this also doubles as trick arrow feats which he has multiple

Hawkeye was also able to solo the Thunderbolts (and he did by using their own crappy teamwork against them)

Which Brings me to my next point

Teamwork... Marvel has it (each of the 4 members have worked together well and know each other... especially Cap and Hawkeye), meanwhile DC team doesnt have the team work (i mean sure Deathstroke and Drakon, but how well do you think Deadshot and Shiva are gonna play as a team)

given that none of DC will be watching out for each other it will make it too easy for Barton to fire off his trick arrows, while Wolverine and Cap take all the attention

thats just my viewpoint though

Could go either way. Leaning towards DC. Drakon messes Barton up easier than he does with Connor Hawke. Then its like 4 vs. 3 right off the bat.

Deadshot beats Hawkeye, Lady Shiva beats Daredevil, Constantine beats Cap America, and Deathstroke probably beats Wolverine. That's why.

Drakon will eat Barton alive.....it is possible for the Mercs to win simply because of Hawkeye being such a weak link. After Constantine kills him, he can help out his teammates. I think he'd go after Daredevil who would most likely be fighting Shiva, after that they take down Steve. I doubt Logan can take down whoever he's fighting faster than they can take out Hawkeye Daredevil and Cap.

Someone stated this before, but I'd go for Marvel, because teamwork! DC would put up a huge fight, but with Wolverine and his crew, they'd be pummeled eventually.

I'm interested...people that say that when DC take down Cap, Hawkeye and DD, Wolverine would be beaten -- how? By numbers? If victory is by death, KO or decapitation, and death and decapitation are clearly not options for Wolverine, how would he be KOed?

Is anybody on team DC (Deathstroke highly suspect) in the habit of doing an Adam West - as in, carrying an arsenal of weapons for a range of unlikely circumstances? I mean, I could see DC taking this if one of them has knock-out gas or some other way of drugging Wolverine to bring him down, but other than that I would have thought his healing factor would allow him to tank pretty much any physical attacks any of them can dish out. Are there any scans of people on the DC team having toxin-based attacks that could bring Wolvie down?

To my knowledge I don't believe the people on the DC side carry poisons as standard gear.
