I'd love to say Godzilla, but Fin Fang Foom would beat him. Fin could fly at supersonic speeds. Godzilla can't.

@fallenangel5991: Godzilla has fought and defeated loads of monsters that can fly at super sonic or maybe even faster. this is hardly a factor anyway fing cannot even harm godzilla let alone kill him, a swarm of these dragons would be a better match up.
