@undefined: the Primal Monitor is not permitted; all omnipotents aren't. Seeing as your new, I'll just tell you this and not the mods so you can change the character, not remake the thread. @captain_batman_ftw: There is no current Primal Monitor. Anyway, what does it matter? The Primal Monitor is omnipotent. Who cares how powerful the rest of the team is? But if there is a current New 52 Primal Monitor, then do show how powerful it is now.
