Hummm, this is a tough one, they are both well trained, both ruthless...

I am not sure, this is a very even fight, I will go with Rumlow mostly due to the fact that he has more than likely seen a little more experience in real combat, but not by much.

Good fight, and I do not get to say that much on this site anymore.

I would said Rumlow i think ruthlessness is a big advantage.
