I gonna go with the Marvel girls on this one.

Team Marvel wins 6/10 without She-Hulk 
And She-Hulk would curb stomp the Dc team.

Based on what's there, MARVEL, they have both fantastic powers and impressive skills, the DC girls listed aren't exactly "powerful" in a "more than a locomotive way", most are just skilled fighters, and even with couldn't really hurt she-hulk. 
 
But seriously, why did you only put down girls from batman and the birds of prey, DC does actually have female heavy hitters, the most powerful one you put was black canary

I think Batwoman can be removed from list to add Wonder Woman. I think it is the only way to handle She-Hulk for DC team.

The original post was edited and Wonder Woman included, if Wonder Woman is on team DC and is allowed use all her powers she can speed rush team Marvel and own them all before they land a punch
 
 
The only real threat to Wonder Woman would then be Psylocke pulling off someof her  telepathic stuff and Psylocke destroying Wonder Woman's mind. Basically if Wonder Woman is given her speed that's Wonder Woman's only real fight...against Psylocke
 and it would depend on who is quickest to land their first attack
