Marvel and DC Cartoons Battle Tournament

RULES:

• Location is the Spectacular Spider-Man version of Oscorp.
• Characters cant use powers that they had in the comics and not the cartoons
• For characters who have several different TV shows, the version that is shown is the version in the battle (example: Spider-Man: The Animated Series, Ultimate Spider-Man, Batman: The Animated Series, The Batman)
• No Prep-Time
• If battling Superman no Kryptonite weapons or anything like that count, same thing goes with Wolverine and Maramusi Blade (unless its any characters with Kryptonite or Maramusi Blade built into there bodies, like Daken or Metallo)
• Have fun!

Who would win?

I have no idea which cartoon that Nightwing is from. It is the totally featless Young Justice one?

Because that would be silly.

Well you can count his feats as Roin also do I'm going with him.

Nightwing. Also, i wished Spectacular Spiderman was back on air :/. It's one of the best, if not the best super hero animated show ever made.

Nightwing, a DC animated badass normal is probably the only thing this is a lot more powerful than it's comic book counter part.
