Martian Manhunter vs Wonder Woman

"for the record telepathy doesn't work on wonder woman"Really....she might have a chance.Thing is...He is alot smarter than her but she has the fighting skill advantage.Which one will outweigh the other? Alot of really good Wonder Woman level fighters have been able to get away with beating people above their intellectual level because they know so much about combat.
"Should be Martian Manhunter.Intangibility and Telepathy are huge advantages."
What he said. WW w/o her magic sword wouldn't even have a prayer. With it she'd put up a decent fight.

"I dont think they would...Can Martian create illusions? I thought he could...so that wouldn't work onLady Di?
"
Diana wins here anyway. She doesn't get nearly enough credit
However, on the JLA tv series I remember something about them giving MM a lot of credit as having power equal to Superman.
I also wonder if a lot of what he doesn't do is a result of moral restraint. He's worse than Superman when it comes to holding back.
"for the record telepathy doesn't work on wonder woman"
When did she get telepathic resistance?
"Nighthunter said:Supposedly she has had it for a while..."for the record telepathy doesn't work on wonder woman"
When did she get telepathic resistance?"
"Do you know when it started?"Thats what I am looking for now... but right now other than a DC Wiki ( which isnt the best source ).. dont see too much

"Nighthunter said:no it doesn't. A prove is when Maxwell Lord tries to use his telepathy on Wonder Woman and she reminds him of hin inmunity to it"for the record telepathy doesn't work on wonder woman"Yeah it does. MM FTW"
"Nighthunter said:Yeah except that you know nothing about either character"for the record telepathy doesn't work on wonder woman"Yeah it does. MM FTW"
So i guess a random guess is better then nothing
"power of her lasso I believe, at least that's the explanation I remember"Any evidence to back this up?
"Nighthunter said:"power of her lasso I believe, at least that's the explanation I remember"Any evidence to back this up?"
Man he doesn't need evidence to back up hiis facts....................JK
"Nighthunter said:as of right now..no"power of her lasso I believe, at least that's the explanation I remember"Any evidence to back this up?"
but I could try to find an evidence
"Nighthunter said:I just checked on this.If you read the retconned Origin of Wonder Woman..the latest incarnation of her origin. When the clay that became Diana was blessed by the gods she was granted a resistance to most physical injury, magic, and telepathic attacks. It's possible though that someone with a great level of power in these areas...(Physical Strength) Superman,(Magic)Shazam the Wizard,(Telepathy) Nabu the wise..can overpower the ability given to her by Demeter the Earth God."power of her lasso I believe, at least that's the explanation I remember"Any evidence to back this up?"
I found it, it wasn'0t the lasso, it was a gift of the gods
my bad
Hestia, Goddess of the hearth, granted Diana Sisterhood with Fire. This power makes it almost impossible to lie to her. By using this gift, Diana can see through mirages, illusions and other forms of deception (such as shape shifting), and is highly resistant to telepathic attacks.
Strength wise, I think they're are pretty much even. But Martian Manhunter has a better defense. His Invulnerability is strong enough to take blows from opponents even stronger than Superman.
His biggest advantage over Wonder Woman is probably his speed. He can keep up with the flash, and process thoughts at super speed too.
And he can go invisible! Martian Manhunter wins after a good fight.
Martian Manhunter. She's got nothing but physical attacks and him being intangible makes those totally meaningless. Her resistance to telepathy isn't the same as immunity to it, and Martian Manhunter is a powerful telepath with lots of different tricks and ways of getting at her directly or indirectly. Since he'll have all the time in the world to attack her psychically while she can't touch him, he'll get to her at some point. Even if he couldn't he could win a physical fight as well. Resistance to telepathic attacks doesn't mean he can't get into her head (like he does every time he connects the team's minds) and just look at what she's thinking, allowing him to know what she's going to do before she does it and choose the right moment to turn tangible and hit her. He could even copy her skills and just take her in a fight.
Personally, I don't believe her resistance is enough to stop J'onn. Aside from his skill as a telepath on its own, I've seen him connect his teammate's minds and share information (without stopping to get permission) too many times to think he can't just go in there when he wants to.
Telepathic resistance and/or immunity varies from writer to writer, anyway. Some with accept it, while others won't. She was recently affected by Max Lord's ability to mindwipe any knowledge of his existence from almost everyone on Earth. But, in previous stories, Athena's Sight protects her from telepathic mind control. The same issue also varies for other characters as well. At the same time, different telepathic attacks have different purposes and effects. J'onn may not be able to use mind control against her, but it doesn't mean that other telepathic attacks wouldn't work, either.
My money is on the Martian. He is just OP (I think that's why they didn't feel too bad about killing him :P).

for me i saw them having a good long fight and wonder woman winning but i may just be saying that because i like diana way more than jonn so for right now i will call it a draw until i am posative" Martian Manhunter wins here. Even without his telepathy, he still has all his other powers. "
