Not even remotely close, a morals off Martian Manhunter would stomp.

He's taken on and got the better of the league, twice. Terrax is a jobber who has very little high end feat, apart from blowing out a planet. He has 0 answer to Martian Manhunter's telepathy, Martian Manhunter at the least is just as strong if not much stronger than terrax, MM is just as fast if not much faster than terrax, I see 0 advantage for terrax. Intangibility, telepathy Terrax is finished.

It seems anything i make is an immediate stomp..i try i guess i am not that knowledgeable of the characters im pitting together

Well...Martian Manhunter does win.

But keep in mind that Terrax went toe toe with Morg, who won the first round of his fight with the Surfer. WOL Morg was even more powerful; however, after they fought a second time, Surfer was triumphant.

Nevertheless, MM is simply more powerful.

He is the sole survivor of his race...there is a reason for this.

terrax stomps he can chop planets in half travel at faster than light speeds can increase his strength to a high enough level to over power mm.

terrax took on a whole team of hearlds while stranded on a planet without his axe he was armed with nothing more than a log and still gave the team of surfer nova airwalker and firelord a hard time.

Enhanced Intellect: Advanced reasoning and logic capabilities.

Shapeshifting: He can easily transform into anything. It might help him get an edge in a battle or give him enough time to escape a tricky situation and regather his thoughts.

Phasing: It makes it practically impossible to get hit.

Invisibility: It makes him hard to detect.

Superhuman strength: He's nearly on par with superman a really strong hero. By modifying the density of his bio-polymers, the Manhunter can make himself stronger by forcing the polymers into tighter bundles.

Superhuman Durability: In terms of durability he's pretty much on par with superman. He's also has a strong immune system and is simply a hard to kill guy.

Superhuman Endurance: He's endurance levels are high as well he can fight for long periods without showing signs of fatigue.

Regeneration: The Martian Manhunter has shown amazing regenerative abilities. His regenerative abilities are so great that he has been able to completely regenerate from nothing but his severed hand.

Telepathy: He is the most powerful telepath on earth. He can create:

Induce Sleep

Possession

Mind Scans

Mind Wipes

Astral Projection

Telepathic Assaults

There's practically nothing the Martian Manhunter can do. He has a vast array of skills at his command. He has complete control over the molecules of his body and shapeshift into practically anything. If he needs an animal to give him a tactical advantage boom he can shapeshift. If he needs a weapon boom he can morph his body into a physical weapon such as an arm into a sword. He can make himself stronger by reshaping the polymers in his body. Easily evade physical attacks through phasing. He just has the tactical edge.

Well you gotta keep in mind a morals off Martian Manhunter = Fernus, who has JLA absolutely helpless against him and killed a bunch of white Martians who themselves honestly should be more powerful than Terrax.

This is as one sided as it gets.
