@ThunderGodsWrath: Martian Manhunter being a very skilled and powerful telepath should be able to counter all of Shadow King`s mental attacks as well as efforts but it won`t be easy.

Shadow King was beaten by Psylocke, and she wasn't even Omega at that point. Martian Manhunter has broken through the TP shields of Spectre and Mageddon, read every mind in the galaxy, mentally destroyed a Green Martian, and a whole lot more. J'onn for the win.
