Void would easily win and DS Sentry probably would as well.

These are a few of the feats I could find for Void, but in the end I think his Molecular Manipulation is what will grant him the victory over J'onn.

I would say DS Sentry would win as well, but he lacks the feats at the moment.

DS Sentry or Void could certainly win here as most have already established.

In terms of the Sentry, the thing with TP is it has to be done delicately...ever so precisely where Robert is concerned...or you get something similar to what Emma Frost experienced:

Technically, a morals off Sentry is the Void. And the Void has done stuff like break every bone in Hulk's body:

Really, the only way J'onn defeats the Sentry is by mind wipe. J'onn in my opinion is probably the most qualified and capable telepath to administer that touchy a mind wipe. Any slip ups and he's facing the Void.

To be honest, any thing other than a mind wipe results in a win for the Sentry.
