The picture was in good humour. Nothing to take to the heart. But a little research would be better, before actually posting...MM is basically Superman with the additional abilities to turn intangible, shapeshift, and read minds...You would probably mock yourself as well if you knew the power difference between the two...

I would probably side with MM. Physically, he can surely compete with Superman. And if we discount MM's weakness to fire (heat vision), MM could just turn intangible and try his telepathy on Superman...Bu it would be a close fight. MM is just more versatile.
