Id say Hulk because
1.It would take a lot for MM to mindrape Hulk, Hulk has been very successful at kicking the strongest psi out of his head.
2.He can't really hurt Hulk bad enough to stop him any other way.

He probably could beat any of the weaker versions of hulk but I don't see him taking any of the stronger.

Martian Manhunter. BFR is an option, and Hulk can't react to his speed and doesn't have mental resistances against someone as powerful as Martian Manhunter.
