although he is probably faster, since this could go one for a while ill just do this
strength- could be even apocalypse has never really been out muscled before i hear he was strong enough to retrain the hulk and as for MM you can't really say he's as strong as superman since his power could rise depending on how close to the sun he is MM might only be as strong as superman when superman is at his worse
speed- ill give this to MM although it should be noted apoc is able to keep up with IF not faster than quicksilver
durability- id say apocalypse since he is VERY RARLY damaged by any physical means and has no particular weaknesses
telepathy- unfortunatly apocs telepathic feats haven't really been demonstrated so ill give this to MM
telekinesis- since MM telekinetic feats are not fully reflected upon i can't say for sure but i do know apoc can lift 100 tons with his and rip a human skeleton from the body with ease
shapeshifting- id say apocalypse simply because he make himself a giant increase the mass and density of his body and control the movement of every molecule in his body giving him perfect shapeshifting abilities
intangibility- irrelevant (both of them can do it but it gives neither one of them any advantage)
intelligence- apocalypse
fighting skill- MM probably (since apoc rarely likes to get his hands dirty)
