he can beat any of them 1 on 1.  nate and moondragon would give him the hardest individual battles, maybe saturn girl also.  but he cant beat saturn girl and the cuckoos at the same time

I agree the stepford Cuckoos sisters with cerebra stops him. regardless even if they didn't stop him he wouldn't get past moondragon at all. or Shadowking especially not Xavier, rachel he might get past, Jean... nope that wouldn't happen.  He's not getting to Nate at all.
 
I think this should be reordered, it would make more sense but the DC telepaths are greatly weaker than the marvel ones.

MM has some feats and all, but imo Moondragon > MM

He stops at Maxima I mean litterally resisted Brainwave. Who iz far stronger then him and she lobotomized him to she could do the same to him. She's too versatile with tp alone.

Maxima freaking stood up to comic level TP because of her mental shield. I bet the only reason MM got the drop on her was because she was taken off guard. Every character has a bad showing. Do you really think that she would go down easily like that when she resisted worse? Almeracian Bolts have known to be deadly just look at what she did to Orion. And her TP is more versatile than his too.
