Well with Barry being bloodlusted and I assume more serious, I see it stopping at him.. though it's plausible that for him to make it to Atom or Surfer. It definitely stops at Atom considering the godlike status it seems like he's been given in the New 52.

N52 Captain Atom should be at top. anyways from the gauntlet he stops at 9

However, moving him and the cheesy speed steal crap aside, he takes Atom (if Atom is susceptible to TP), and then stops at Norrin for sure.

Atom takes him if MMH's TP doesn't work.

Clears, seriously he clears, only n52 cap and surfer can stop him. But i still say he clears

I dont know the limits of captain atom but he clears if he can get past him

Appoc is way underrated... He possibly is even a better telepath than jonn... Look what he does to Xavier??/.. He also takes Black bolts and Cyclops like they are nothing...... Only two scans I have right this minute,, but no way he gets past him... he should be last... And no atom in no way beats surfer.....

Not only is Martian Manhunter much faster but his telepathic feats are superior (e.g. mind raping Despero).

I think MMH's new 52 powerscaling has been very inconsistent. From manhandling the league by himself to getting one shotted by Helspont minion? If giving Thor enough credit theres a good chance it might even stop at him. But it should stop at either Barry or Atom definitely.

He wouldn't be able to touch him unless he wanted him to,,,celestial force fields,,, Appoc made the a savage hulk who is supposed to be uncontrollable his horseman(tp)...that same hulk is the one who cracked onslaughts armor.... He has also mind raped Xavier and Jean Grey at the same time,, so MMH tp does notta for him... MMH can't teleport him anywhere so there isn't anything he can do... Heck Appoc can make his arms flame throwers and MMH would cower in fear....

What does altering his size have to do anything?? yes surfer can teleport ,, he can also cure you of anything, so don't really don't know what you are trying to prove with those statements. Anyways this isn't an atom vs surfer debate which has been debated many times and very few side with atom.... btw he could send atom to astral plane and he has no way of winning....or use his cosmic awareness to know exactly what atom's weaknesses are...
