the 3 days prep really means nothing as surfer can already travel through time so its irrellavent.. I think the team takes round 3 pretty easily and the other rounds are surfer's to lose with the second round being another he could lose pretty easily too...

Superman one million has no feats, silver age supes or maybe allstar supes would be my choices but I am sure I am wrong.. I misread the OP because if surfer can go intangible then he can bfr his opponents rather easily but since that isn't the case except in round two then he should lose round 1 due to wally's speed and round three because of the same reason. The morals off surfer would be pretty bad a but limiting his intangibility makes it harder for him to win...

Okay so, I'd say with Time Travel ON Team takes it flawlessly, they basically have an indefinite supply of time to enact their plan. Otherwise id say 7/10 surfer for most of the rounds tbh.
