Technically Krav Maga is the most practically useful martial art.

In aikido you just find weak spots and using them you can release yourself or use their weight against or momentum

Basically it's not t fight em but rather to survive long enough

Now what about ki and chi based attacks

Most of them can instill fear hell even one move is more than enough

This would disorient your enemy for time being and allow you to escape

Jiu Jitsu is something that i would prefer not to use against them cause it mostly relies on raw force

Also Wushu is pretty good too due to speed and agillity but i doubt they are strong enough to do real damage though they could strike opponents ears(could cause bleeding or at least disorientation)

@MrBigBalls: I am not talking about thing type of metas more like spiderman but only strength
