Mars Attacks! aliens run the gauntlet

Armed with their disintegration ray guns, how would 10 of these aliens fare against the following?

A) Jason X

B) Riddick

C) T-X

D) 3 Predators

E) 3 Aliens

F) Khan and Data

G) Borg Cube (cannot fire from orbit)

They ckear easily

They stop at the Borg Cube.

I wonder what effect the aliens' ray guns would have on non-humans, though. I can see them vaporizing predators, but not necessarily Jason X or Data. And the Borg Cube is way too much for them, I think. Even if the individual drones are not able to adapt, the sheer volume of them will overwhelm the micro-aliens.

Plus, the aliens didn't seem to have much in the way of defensive capability. Not that it was needed in the movie, of course. It's possible that some of these opponents could outthink them.
