Marquis Team vs Ion, Shazam, Flash, Quasar, Silver Surfer, Orion

Can the heroes assorted hope to defend the Battery of Oa from the Marquis of Death and his apprentice? Guardians have evacuated the planet and are holding it together. If not, will the addition of the Guardians led by Ganthet and Sayd make a difference?

Marquis by himself very easily.

Probably the team

 Surfer, Flash and Orion can distract him with speed blitzes. Retcon Ion and Wizard Shazam can use their abilities to over power Marquis team

This guy is a universe buster. Surfer,Orion and Flash aren't even galaxy busters. He can one shot them or summon Galactus to defeat them. He can summon Qusar from other universe to defeat this, or use Eon to strip Quasar of his power. Shazam isn't greater than Galactus.
Now we have ION vs. MoD, and MoD didn't even use his own power to this moment. ION maybe is universe buster, but he will have a hard time against guy like Korvac. 
I personally think that MoD don't need to use his own energy to win this battle.

You can't be sure that ION is more powerfull MoD. And MoD has big advantage here (sumonnig universal threat). That is also prove that he is much more powerfull than Eternity and Korvac combined. "
