Nano armor is much lighter, probably doesn't detriment speed, flexibility or general agility as much as mark 6, which I believe is over a ton. Other than that, I dont know much about the nano armor
Mark VI is meant to compliment a spartan. It relies on the soilder more than the nanosuit. So just judging the suit is slightly unfair.However, it can survive suborbital drops.
