Superman and Flash, definitely. The OP does not say this is Super Sonic, and regular Sonic gets absolutely DESTROYED by Superman or Flash. Mario is a non-factor. He goes down almost instantly.

I think before we all continue with this battle the OP needs to set up more rules like: Witch version of characters are we talking about, is BFR allowed, does Mario have access to all his powers, prep time, Morals off/on?.

Mario for example, is he allowed to use everything he has? like: Star/Power Wing/Metal and Vanish Cap, that would make him immune to damage due to Star, he would be able to fly thanks to the Power Wing and can move true objects due to Vanish Cap and become invisible and with the Metal Cap he can survive being trown in water/lava etc and i've not uncluded every power he has so Mario is definitly not a non-facor here.

Both Flash and Clark are bloodlusted? Massive stomp in their favour. Sonic isn't stated to start out in "Super Sonic" mode and Flash would murder him before he even began to have thoughts of transforming.

Superman grabs them both and flies upwards and leaves them outside of Earths atmosphere. Meanwhile the Flash finds a nice spot and takes a nap. That repeats until Mario and Sonic run out of lives.

Hmmm... Sonic's pretty powerful, but...I don't really think he compares to Superman in his BASE form.

I'm assuming this is GAME Sonic, if so, then he's only about twice of three times the speed of light at best. He's nowhere near the Flash's speed.

The best Sonic in base form has shown is city+ to multi-city+ power, when he destroyed the Eclipse Canon in SA2. He has also defeated Perfect Chaos in base form, with little effort.

What do Mario and Sonic have in this battle? Any items at all? Without any items, I don't see them winning this. In fact, I think it's safe to say that either Superman or the Flash would solo, and could possibly stomp.

With items, they might take it....Again, might. Depending on what they have at their disposal. Sonic could possibly turn the tables with Chaos Control, if he gets a Chaos Emerald. Then from there, Mario might end it with the Star Rod. It can go either way.

But wait...Seeing as how everyone's bloodlusted, Flash and Superman can just blitz them before the items can even be used...

....Huh.....

Without items, Team 2 triumphs.

With items, it can go either way depending on who makes the first move. Though considering Superman and the Flash's speed, they would most likely act first.

@Sydpart2: Yeah, that's pretty much the only way Team 1 wins. If their allowed to use the items without Supes and Flash blitzing them, then they most likely take it. Either one might be able to solo in that case.

Since when is Sonic equal to Goku? and Even then Goku is slightly above supes which is highly debatable. Then there is a bloodlusted Flash, who even when calm is practically unbeatable, so he effortlessly solos no matter how much the sonic fanboys cry about it.

Mario never used the star rod. He neutralized the star rod using the star spirits (and Princess Peach giving moral support).
