Also human madara or demigod like madara?

Human = storm win after a long hard possibly fatal(to storm) fight due to flight, versitility and range advantage

after his win kaguya comes in and

Storm wins regardless of Madara's form (unless Edo). Bloodlusted Storm simply freezes him and suffocates him at speeds faster than thought. And Madara can't do the meteor without killing himself, and all the rest of his moves take too long.

Not to mention she can just paralyze him with lightning on top of everything else.

No she isn't. Her reaction speed is faster (she can react to and dodge lightning) but she can't maintain that speed for fighting.

But....she doesn't need to be faster to fight here. She just needs to strike first (with her powers)....which she can with faster reaction speed. Storm's not gonna fight someone hand to hand if she's bloodlusted.

uh gotta point out even base madara has senju healing so insta killing him is fucking hard he got volleyed by every single bijuu and he lost his arm that was his only lasting damage not to mention base madara has rinnegan which would entail he can use sussanoo to defencd and possibly amaterasu he looks at her and she is fryed like a chicken not to mention madaras summon beast wood release and rinnegan tech he. storm doesn't have the stamina to hold ujp the battle power she would need against madara he would tire her out then just blitz her

Madara could not kill Wolverine let alone stomp him. The same thing goes for Iceman. And the strongest Phoenix form held an entire universe in her hand and then repaired that universe's timeline.

Why does he need to kill wolverine to stomp him?

Madara wins here especially his current form before Kaguya. Storm can only weather manipulate nothing else.

Even if Storm's powers are faster than Madara and she uses some kind of absolute zero cold field to incapacitate him, she won't kill him due to Madara's insane healing factor. At the same speed as Storm's powers,thought A.K.A instantaneous , Madara has several techniques he can employ with his Sharingan and his Rinnengan but I'm thinking of one in particular that Storm actually can't to anything about. Limbo: Border Jail . It allows Madara to summon a "Shadow" of himself that operates on a separate plane of existence while still being able to effect the physical plane. The Shadow's are entirely invisible to anyone without a rinnengan (storm doesn't have one) and can't be sensed except by people with Sage Chackra (Storm doesn't have that either) and it is physically invulnerable to anyone without Sage of the Six Path's Chackra (Which again Storm Doesn't have). It operates as a fully individual clone with all of Madara's abilities and skills and requires no input or control from the real Madara. it's been shown to be powerful enough on it's own to deflect an attack from all 9 of the Bijuu simultaneously. It has draw back in that it can be immobilized and contained by a person with Sage of the Six paths Chakra (Sasuke, naruto and madara...so not storm) and that it has a time limit that once exceeded it phases back into madara's body and can't be used again for a small period of time. So as Storm Fan's like to proclaim, she insta freezes Madara or Insta BFR's him or insta whatever, it really doesn't matter...and then get's killed by an invisible, undetectable, intangible clone of him a second later and Madara eventually recovers from whatever Storm did...and Storm is dead.

Why would Madara summon a Meteor? He would kill himself too. The only Madara that was able to summon Meteors was Edo Madara. But I agree that Madara would win here.

Madara has to think first. He won't get a chance. Plus he stated that a meteor would kill him regardless of Susanoo so....he can't do that and live. She can destroy the meteor with lightning though.
