Marcus Wright is a lot faster and doesn't always go in a slow paced walk, so that's an advantage. However, Robocop is extremely durable, so I think this may be a stalemate.

Is it just pure H2H?

I was thinking That too.... It could go either way.... If Marcus gets to Robocops head and rips it off like he did to the T-800's I can see Marcus winning, but if Robocop Gets to that heart and hits it hard enough with force like the T-800 did than Marcus is out.

Yes they are fighting hand to hand and can use whatever weapons they get ahold of.

In the comic Robocop was a bit faster then in the films. That being said, Murphy wins.

I will say Marcus here in a somewhat good fight, he was tossing a T800 around like a doll and held his own against it(until he purposely let it beat him up to give John more time to set the bomb fuses) That plus he's faster then Murphy giving him a slight edge.
