First off, morals off and bloodlusted.

Captain Mar-Vell has his Nega-Bands and has his solar powers.

Captain Planet has all of his powers.

Current Superman and Pre-52 Shazam.

No prep and random encounter.

Magic allowed.

Genis-Vell has current powers.

Battlefield

It takes place in Greater Magellanic Cloud, home of Kree. Mar-Vell and Genis-Vell can get help from other Kree.

@radioactivespider-fan: Current Shazam don't have a lot of feats unless you give him his Pre-New 52 feats..

@kingares109: Either way Shazam most memorable feats are beating Superman so I'm not so sure.

Couldn't Genis just teleport team 2 into the microverse?

Insofar as BFR is allowed it would be rather easy task for Genis.

Shazam is very powerful, but he doesn't really know how to use his powers effectively yet, that mat give team 1 an advantage.

Genis-vell solos guy is a universe buster.
