if she already defeated thor than why are we having this debate?

Given the last line, I'm guessing he meant to make the thread "Mantis vs. Gladiator."

Generally I would think "no." From what I recall, she didn't seem that impressive during Annihilation Conquest. Then again, she has such an odd approach to life she's not above letting something kill her just because she thinks it's supposed to happen.

I read on her page that she used her skills to temporariy stun Thor, and she doesn't have super strenght so that might have been PIS, but it didn't say anything about her defeating him.

IIRC, she used a nerve strike to take him down.
