um, generally when he fights either of those two he loses. he needed brocks help to beat carnage. and venom beat down spidey several times.

We will debate if spiderman can defeat a lantern at another thread. Let’s focus on this battle

We are looking at their history. These two are known be tough cannon fodder to the heroes and villains of both companies.
Sentinels have been modifying many times in their anti-mutant warfare. Manhunters they seem to barely upgraded they were discontinued after the destruction they had done. Manhunter Lud gone rouge but he never repaired his eye all this time, which asks a lot of questions about him. Sentenal had rebelled against the humans while the Guardians of the Universe consider the Manhunters simply as a glitch. Reading a few comics of the Darkest Night arc it makes me think they have been override by someone. Manhunters have been downplayed big time for former galactic protectors. The Manhunters are still considered muscle for a higher evil. They simply need a ruler in order to do anything they think like ants. Could they act different if their ruler is good? The answer is yes. Think what would happen if it was Red Tornado any of the Metal Men are the ruler of the Manhunters. If the Manhunter ruler dies then Sentinels may win this battle

Hey, hey, hey. I only mentioned Spider-Man because the OP posted a pic of Spider-Man fighting two sentinels like it actually helps them in this battle.

Oh and Time Travel wouldn't help stop the Manhunters because they were built by the freakin' Guardians of the Universe, so it's not like you can kill the people who built them....
