One defeated Spectre , albiet off panel, the other never fought anyone and has 0 credible feat.

Actually technically speaking a fact is worth more than a feat. Most of Superman Prime One Million's abilities & power levels are assumption.

He fought Solaris. That's not a valuable feat against Mandrakk though.

Add to that he had Mogo's power ring, and hence i say 0 credible feat, thats not something he did on his own powers.

Superman Prime one million could thats not what i am talking about. Reasonably thinking, Superman while sundipped for half and hour during Our War At War because 4 times more powerful, and given the fact that Superman Prime One Million has sundipped himself in a super-sun for thousands of years he should be able to eat solaris alive if need be. The problem is, educated guess aside he has no feats

Superman Prime one million could thats not what i am talking about. Reasonably thinking, Superman while sundipped for half and hour during Our War At War because 4 times more powerful, and given the fact that Superman Prime One Million has sundipped himself in a super-sun for thousands of years he should be able to eat solaris alive if need be. Staying on educated guessing, what would you assume his power levels are?

Not sure which one has less feats actually shown and not just stated?

I agree, Superman Prime One Million was also said to have no weaknesses and had all knowledge of the universe. I think SPOM can win here.
