COIE Anti-Monitor wins, he has much better feats in destroying all those universes. I daresay he could even win against Cosmic Armor Superman, though not easily. Mandrakk is like Abraxas, apparently multiversal, but few feats to prove it.

Antimonitor without any effort . He defeated COIE spectre being amped by Phantom stranger , classic dr fate and 5 th dimensional imp thunderbolt .

In fights like this, I like to remind myself that the Monitor alone KO'ed his anti-matter counterpart along with himself. And that Mandrakk killed one with a gesture and left the others standing around looking like sheep.

Add to this, Mandrakk's powers was constantly changing and evolving to counter the constantly changing and evolving Thought Robot. The AM on the other hand had a colossal amount of power, but it never seemed to change.

The two more over rated beings in dc.... Mandrak has had one run that is it... AM has never approached the power levels of the COIE.. Both were used to reboot the franchises so their first appearances were Grand.. AM has actual other appearances so he should at least be ahead of mandrak...

So in what ways are they over rated exactly?

Not so much AM,,, but mandrak is.... He has only been in one arc and not made any other appearances,, so his power levels are not really known... We know AM isn't as powerful as he was in COIE,, We just know that is what he can become.... People judge big time bad guys (that are used to reboot continuity problems) by their first appearances and that's not really fair...
