I don't know.Both defeated Spectre.Both have great feats.But Mandrakk would defeat AM for me

At strongest levels AM (COIE) was soloing the infinite multiverse, while Mandrakk couldn't even beat CA Superman or the 52 multiverse. He is as strong as a universe, and Mandrakk needed one to survive. COIE Monitor and anti-monitor were much more powerful than the standard monitors

@dondave: That he was, and you are right, she wasnt. But that said, the Radiant was created to embody another emotion of the Presence, so I assume she is as powerful but employ it differently. Eclipso would, like them, have been as powerful if he hadn't been demoted. As for the amping... well I am assuming that between them, the sorcerers weren't the Spectre's equal.

So I am saying Mandrakk took on and beat the equal of two Spectres, while the AM lost to one amped one.

Sorry, but who is it that provides all the power to every incarnation of the Spectre? The human is the driver, he points the power at where it's meant to go, but it doesnt matter who the driver is, the power is the same. What does make a difference is how inventive the driver is with ith. I'm surprised you aren't aware of this?

@outside_85: spectre's hosts limit the amount of power he can have. a host who hates violence and does not agree with spectres tactics restricts the power spectre (and themselves) can use. for example, Crispus Allen is a cop who hates violence, and disagrees with spectre so he is the weakest spectre. Jim corrigan was raised by a dad who taught him the ways of god, he has no problem with whatever spectre does, and that is why he is the strongest. of course, unbound is the best.

actually, do not be surprised. i do not need to know about the wrong stuff. I learn the more rare stuff from guys like beatboks, and my general knowledge is all thanks to, of course, my comics.

Antimonitor at his strongest curbstomps Mandrakk and overhyped CAS at the same time .
