This is Manchester Black from Superman vs The Elite and Hulk from Ultimate Avengers. Battle takes place in the city. They both start 20 ft from each other. Battle is won by KO or death. Who wins and why.
How would Hulk lose? I don't know much about Manchester Black.
Yes ... he doesn't know all too much about Manchester Black and is therefore asking what he can do to take the Hulk down.
And I'm not sure if Manchester Black can take the Hulk down at all. I don't see his telepathy working on the Hulk and all he would have left would be his telekinesis.
Yes, his telekinesis is strong, but to attack the Hulk with objects large enough, he would need time and a lot of concentration, which he would not have, if the Hulk is near him.
He could not simply take out the Hulk with smaller objects like cars and debris. I also see Hulk muscleing through Manchester's attempts to push him away.
Then there are two questions left:
1) How long can Manchester Black's force fields protect him from Hulk's attacks?
2) Is Manchesters Black's telekinesis strong enough to rip the Hulk apart at the beginning of the fight, before he reachers higher strenght levels?
1) Hulk easily knocked out Giant Man, lifted Mjolnir and smacked Thor with his own hammer to the ground. I'm sure that Hulk is strong enough to get past Manchester Black's force fields, but it might take him quite a while.
2) Hulk was tanking shots from Thor. Okay, it was the Ultimate Thor, who is weaker than the 616 Thor, but getting smacked by Mjolnir is quite the durability feat. Hulk got smacked through multiple buildings / levels and immediately returned, unharmed and even angrier.
I see him being able to withstand Manchester Black's telekinesis, so there is no ripping apart and MB would have to work.
